Minimum number of nights to book?

2 night minimum. Sometimes there will only be a 1 night minimum during the week depending on demand. Holiday weekends 3 nights are required.

Do you offer discounts?

Repeat customers receive a 10% discount on the nightly rate. Other fees, cleaning and taxes still apply. There are also discounts for weekly and monthly stays.

Is there a booking fee?

No. We do not charge a booking or service fee.

Pet Friendly?

Yes! Dogs only (2 maximum) under 30 pounds and must be fully house and potty trained. The pet fee is a flat rate $85 per dog per night.

Can the cleaning fee be waived if guests clean the property?

No, professional cleaners are required after every guest stay.​​

Forms of payment accepted?

All major credit cards.

Check-in/ check-out times?
Check-in is 4:00 p.m. / Check-out is 11:00 a.m.
Additional optional fees to check in one hour early ($50) or check out one hour later ($50) depending on availability.

Upon arrival, will I be met by a representative?
No. We are contactless and keyless entry.

How do guests contact support while at the property?
We are very responsive to guest needs. Contact information is provided in the welcome email.

When is the property address and keys issued?
1-2 days prior to check-in upon receipt of full payment, guests will receive an email detailing address and property access information. 

What is the cancellation & refund policy?
Full refund if cancelled within 48 hours of booking. Cancellations outside of 30 days prior to arrival date will receive a 50% refund of fees already collected, less payment processing fees incurred by Far From Home Rentals. See the Cancellation Policy for further information.

Are there additional taxes/fees?
Yes. We are required to collect 7% tax for the County of San Bernardino. There is also a refundable property damage deposit ($300), cleaning fee ($245).  Optional fees for early check-in ($50), check-out ($50) and pet fees ($85 per dog/per night). Penalty fees for smoking on property, bringing unapproved pets, breaking house rules etc.
