Damage Deposit

• A refundable damage deposit of $300 is collected the day of booking. If there is no damage to the property after guest departure the deposit is returned within 3 days

 

Cleaning Fee

• $245 cleaning fee is applied to every guest booking

 

Pet Fee

• $100 per pet, per stay (2 max)

• Unauthorized dogs that are brought onto the property without permission, $300 will be charged to guest.

Check-in and Check-out

• $50 check-in 1 hour earlier if available

• $50 check-out 1 hour later if available

Smoking Fee

• $300 fee if any evidence of smoking of any kind on property is found
